- Location: Ilkeston Community Hospital DE78LN & Long Easton Health Centre NG101RY
- Salary: DHU Band 8.b0 - £56,406 - £65,777
- Evenings: 30% enhancement
- Weekends: 45% enhancement
- Full Time or Part Time: Part Time (Monday - Friday 6.30pm - 8.30pm) Minimum shift length 2h, This can be increased if you are wishing for more hours.

Essential Criteria:
- Registered Adult Nurse registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC), Paramedic registered with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) or Pharmacist registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Registered as an independent non – medical prescriber.
- Completed assessment of clinical examination skills module level 7.
- Right to work in the UK*
