Are you a detail-oriented and proactive administrator looking to make an impact in healthcare? DHU Healthcare is inviting applications for a Business Support Administrator to join our dedicated Primary Care team, supporting services at Eyam Surgery and Bradwell Surgery.

- Hours: 0 hours (bank)
- Salary: £12.21 per hour, pro rata (band 2)

What Your Typical Day Looks Like:
Providing administrative support to Operations and Clinical Teams across the DHU Primary Care contracts
Managing diaries, preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and supporting events such as PLT/QUEST
Tracking mandatory training, appraisals, and absences
Handling incident and complaint logs and supporting monthly Board Reports with data presentation in Excel
Organising shared drive files, maintaining accurate records, and producing induction packs for new staff
Ensuring compliance with organisational standards and contributing to risk and quality improvement initiatives
To Be a Successful Business Support Administrator, You’ll Need:
Essential:
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads effectively
Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
Confidence using MS Office tools, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word
A proactive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Desirable:
Previous experience in a healthcare or GP practice setting
Familiarity with NHS systems and reporting tools (e.g., CQRS, FFT)
Experience in minute-taking and event coordination
