Clinical Lead

Looking for extra responsibility in your current GP or Practitioner role? The Clinical Lead position is for you!

 

General Practitioner and Advanced or experienced prescribing Clinical Practitioners ONLY

 

What you’ll do:

•       Provide clinical support where required.

•       Oversee service efficiency and ensure smooth operational performance.

•       Adapt service delivery in response to changing demand levels.

 

What you need:

•       Minimum of 2 years’ clinical experience with DHU.

•       Completion of at least two Level 7 modules.

•       Demonstrated clinical leadership experience.

•       Strong people management and team coordination skills.

•       Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

•       Proven ability to work independently and make informed decisions.

Night shifts are our greater need for the Practitioner Lead role. Night shifts not only attract enhancements but can provide flexibility within your lifestyle whether your a night owl or just need free day time hours for family or friends. We also have a DHU flexible working policy that can be reviewed on an individual basis that does provide other options if appropriate, one being to work from home . We would consider this flexible working application for night shifts only as we recognise the exceptional circumstances that night shifts can raise.
