Clinical System Support Specialist - SystmOne

We’re looking for a Clinical System Support Specialist to help implement, support, and develop the TPP SystmOne clinical system across our Midlands sites. If you’re passionate about digital healthcare and making a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.

Competitive salary: £37338 (Band 6)
Generous annual leave entitlement: Standard 25 days + 8 bank holidays, increasing with service up to 33 days + 8 bank holidays. Pro Rata/ Per Annum
What your typical day looks like:
Collaborate with digital, clinical, and operational teams to design effective SystmOne solutions.
Assess configuration impacts, workflow interdependencies, and identify risk mitigation options.
Develop, test, and implement production-quality system builds and enhancements.
Analyse and redesign clinical workflows, producing clear "as-is" and "to-be" process maps.
Design and build clinical templates, protocols, and streamlined processes in SystmOne.
Document workflows, processes, and user guides to support consistent system use.
Support system rollouts, provide on-the-ground assistance, and mentor team members.
Deliver responsive SystmOne application support, resolving incidents and managing service desk tickets.
Communicate clearly with users and stakeholders, offering non-technical guidance and reporting advice.
Travel to DHU sites, liaise with third-party suppliers, and contribute to ongoing service improvements.
To be a successful Clinical System Support Specialist - SystmOne
you’ll need:
- Educated to degree level or have equivalent experience
- TPP SystmOne Core Familiarisation
- Working with NHS Clinical System TPP SystmOne
- Previous experience of implementing TPP SystmOne including MIU (A&E) and Out of Hours units
- Previous experience of implementing TPP Mobile Working Solution
- Able to gather and analyse system requirements
- IncidentManagement, Problem managementand Change and Release
