Competitive Salary: from £90,000 Pro rata, dependant on experience and exclusive of enhancements.

- Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care across routine, urgent and complex presentations.
- Assess, diagnose, treat and manage patients with a wide range of primary and urgent care needs.
- Work autonomously while contributing fully to a supportive, multidisciplinary team.
- Use your clinical expertise, judgement and experience to make safe, effective decisions.
- Manage long-term conditions, care planning and end-of-life care with empathy and professionalism.
- Provide holistic care, promoting self-care, prevention and wellbeing alongside treatment.
- Support continuity of care through accurate documentation, follow-up and coordination with other services.
- Contribute to high standards of clinical governance, quality improvement and best practice.
