NHS 111 Health Advisor - Oldbury
Salary: £11.67 per hour
Evenings: 30% enhancement
Weekends: 45% enhancement
Rotas: We offer a range of flexible rotas, examples of some of our current rotas are:
4 on 4 off shifts / Evenings / Mornings/ Mon & Sat – Various hours available

To be a part of this you will need:
- 1 year customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Willing to learn new skills.
A day in the life of a Health Advisor:
- Triaging patients using NHS pathways to signpost to the most appropriate level of care.
- Being the first point of call for the public for urgent health issues or queries.
- Making a difference to the lives of patients.
- Providing general reassurance and being a beacon of comfort.
