Purpose of the Role
The post holder will support the People & Culture Partners and Advisors in delivering a comprehensive and professional service to all customers in relation to People & Culture Administration tasks. You will be responsible for assisting the People & Culture Business Partners and Advisors, in developing and implementing effective HR Administration processes and development of strategies to enable DHU to deliver its strategic objectives. Enabling DHU to deliver the highest possible quality of care to patients, ensuring efficient and effective P&C Administrative support.

As a Human Resources Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Processing all monthly payroll items for all employees in line with policy and procedure; meeting payroll deadlines.
- Responsible for the processing of and generating correspondence for all CoCs within a timely manner
- Inputting and maintaining payroll related trackers (e.g., new starters, leavers etc.) with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Responsible for the creation of employment contracts.
- Inputting and maintenance of DBS data into HRIS and staff files, including renewal maintenance.
- Updating DBS tracker with relevant information.
- Carrying out monthly professional registration checks to ensure compliance requirements are met.
- Updating and maintaining HRIS with accurate employee information such as but not limited to; personal information, CoC’s, probation, New Starters and Leavers.
- Responsible for the creation and maintenance of ID Badges and SMART Cards.
- Responsible in ensuring the maintenance of employee files in line with GDPR, CQC requirements and best practice.
- Assisting with DSARs as required.
- Processing new Flexible Working Requests.
- Responsible for accurate verification, recording and collation of ID documentation.
- Providing support across People & Culture, Organisational Design and Talent Acquisition teams at times of high volumes of work
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Minimum Level 3 CIPD, or working towards level 3 CIPD
- Strong HR Administration skills with a minimum of 1+ years’ experience working in an HR environment
- Experience of GDPR and file management and maintenance
- Experience of updating and maintaining a HRIS
