Human Resources Administrator
Embark on an exciting new chapter as a Human Resources Administrator with DHU Healthcare!
As a Human Resources Administrator, you will support the People & Culture Team in delivering a comprehensive and professional service to all customers in relation to People & Culture Administration tasks. You will assist the Shared Service Centre Lead in developing and implementing effective HR Administration processes and strategies that enable DHU to deliver its strategic objectives. A key focus will be on ensuring efficient and effective P&C administrative support, contributing to DHU's mission of delivering the highest possible quality of care to patients.

Competitive salary: £24,071 - £25,675 (Band 3)

What your typical day looks like:
- Responsible for processing all monthly payroll items for all employees in line with policy and procedure; meeting payroll deadlines.
- Responsible for the processing of and producing associated correspondence for all Change of Circumstances within a timely manner.
- Responsible for inputting and maintaining payroll related trackers (e.g., Maternity, RTW, new starters etc.) with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Responsible for the creation of employment contracts for changes.
- Responsible for filing of any employee related documentation on employee records.
- Responsible for inputting and maintenance of DBS data into HRIS, including renewal maintenance.
- Responsible for carrying out monthly professional registration checks, e.g. GMC, NMC and updating HRIS and staff files.
- Responsible for the creation and maintenance of ID Badges and SMART Cards.
- Responsible in ensuring the maintenance of employee files in line with GDPR, CQC requirements and best practice.
- Maintenance of Human Resources Mailboxes, answering queries consistently and in a timely manner.
- Supporting People & Culture Advisors with non-complex casework, within remit of abilities and capacity where required.
To be a successful Human Resources Administrator, you will need:
- Good general standard of education including English GCSE or equivalent.
- High level IT proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong HR Administration skills with a minimum of 1+ years’ experience working in an HR environment.
- Experience of GDPR and file management and maintenance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with a methodical approach.
- Ability to work alone and within a team.
- Attention to detail/accuracy.
- Right to work in the UK.
