Specific Requirements:

• Pathways Training: You must be pathways trained up to at least version 38, equipped to excel in your role from the start.
• Previous Experience: Demonstrate your expertise with prior experience in NHS 111 or 999 services, thriving in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Location: Reside more than 30 miles away from any DHU site, enabling you to work remotely and serve patients across our extensive service areas.
• Home Setup: Ensure you have a private room with high-speed broadband (up to MBG-you will need to have a minimum of 6 MB of broadband download speed and 1.5MB of upload speed), maintaining patient confidentiality and facilitating seamless communication.
