  • Maintain accurate case management records, correspondence, reports and electronic filing systems.

  • Support the coordination of annual medical assessments, health screenings and Occupational Health activities.

  • Assist with organising health promotion clinics and wellbeing initiatives across DHU Healthcare.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to support effective service delivery.

  • Provide administrative information and support to the Health and Wellbeing Lead as required.

You'll bring:

  • A good standard of education, including GCSE English or equivalent.

  • At least five years' administrative experience, preferably within a healthcare environment.

  • Experience working within an Occupational Health setting.

  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, alongside experience maintaining accurate records.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and empathetic approach.

  • An understanding of confidentiality and the importance of handling sensitive employee information appropriately.

  • The ability to work independently, use your initiative and contribute positively to a team.

  • A willingness to develop your knowledge and skills within Occupational Health.

A relevant health qualification, or a willingness to work towards one, and awareness of SEQOHS accreditation would be advantageous.

For you, benefits that work.

We'll support your health, happiness and future with benefits that put you first:
