£30,809 to £37,505 per annum dependand on experience 
Location: Derby
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

About the Role

DHU Healthcare is offering an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and motivated individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant within the Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC).

In this important role, you will provide high-quality administrative and organisational support to the Urgent Treatment Centre leadership team. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the service by managing diaries, coordinating meetings, preparing documentation, and supporting communication across the UTC team.

This is a varied and fast-paced role that requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a professional and confidential approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactive diary management and coordination of meetings for the UTC leadership team.
  • Preparing correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing documents.
  • Organising and supporting meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking, and distribution of papers.
  • Acting as a first point of contact for enquiries, responding professionally and directing queries appropriately.
  • Supporting service improvement initiatives, projects, and administrative processes within the UTC.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring documentation is prepared to a high standard.
  • Building strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across the organisation.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised with excellent planning and time management skills.
  • Experienced in providing administrative or PA support in a busy environment.
  • A confident communicator who can build effective working relationships at all levels.
  • Able to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with strong attention to detail when preparing documentation.
