Salary: £29,970 - £36,483 per annum

Are you a highly organised, proactive administrative professional with experience in executive or senior-level administrative support? Are you looking for your next challenge in a fast-paced, meaningful role?
We’re seeking a Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director and Deputy Managing Director of NHS 111. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of our leadership team - handling communications, managing diaries, and supporting key projects that impact patient care for millions of people every year.
What will you do?
Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative, coordination, and confidential support.
Diary & Schedule Management: Plan meetings, travel, and key appointments.
Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the main contact between senior leaders and NHS partners.
Meeting Coordination: Organise and attend leadership meetings, taking minutes and producing timely records.
Document Preparation: Draft reports, presentations, and briefing papers.
Diary & Schedule Management: Plan meetings, travel, and key appointments.
Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the main contact between senior leaders and NHS partners.
Meeting Coordination: Organise and attend leadership meetings, taking minutes and producing timely records.
