Receptionist
Location: Corby Urgent Treatment Centre
Working Pattern: Bank Contract, 12-month Fixed Term Contract
Salary: DHU Band 2, £24,853 per annum (pro rata)

Our Urgent and Emergency Care teams deliver expert, compassionate support 24/7, across Emergency Departments, Urgent Treatment Centres, GP surgeries, and the wider community. Skilled medical, nursing, allied health, and support professionals work together to respond quickly and effectively, while you’ll be supported to thrive in your career.
As a Receptionist you will:
- Be the welcoming, professional first point of contact for patients, visitors and telephone enquiries.
- Manage appointments, patient records and administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Support clinicians and the wider team to ensure the smooth running of the Urgent Treatment Centre.
- Handle patient enquiries with compassion while maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Maintain a safe, organised and professional reception environment, creating a positive experience for every patient.
