Location: Loughborough Urgent Treatment Centre (LUTC)
Salary: Band 2 - £23,8755 (Pro rata per annum)
Hours: Week 1 and Week 3 - Weds and Thurs 9:00pm – 8:00am

- Be the welcoming, professional first point of contact for patients and visitors.
- Manage appointments, patient records and administrative processes accurately.
- Support clinicians and operational staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Handle enquiries and provide information in a calm, compassionate manner.
- Play a vital role in creating positive patient experience every day.
