Location: Anstey Frith House, Leicester Road, Glenfield, Leicester, LE3 8RN

Working Pattern: 15 hours per week (Thursday and Saturday 8am-4pm)

Salary: DHU Band 4.0, £27,273 per annum (pro rata)

Our UEC teams deliver expert care 24/7, working together to respond quickly when it’s needed most.

As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in keeping our Out of Hours service running safely, smoothly and to the highest standards. You’ll provide real-time leadership across the shift, supporting teams across multiple sites while ensuring patients receive timely, compassionate and high-quality care.

You’ll need strong people-management and operational skills, confidence using IT systems and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. A calm, professional approach is essential, along with flexibility to work unsocial hours. Previous NHS or healthcare leadership experience is highly valued, and experience with clinical or call-handling systems is a bonus.
