Purpose of the Role
The post holder will support the Talent Acquisition Team, in delivering a comprehensive and professional service to all candidates. This role involves assisting Talent Acquisitions Specialist and Coordinators in developing and implementing efficient TA administration processes that align with DHU's strategic objectives.
Key Areas of Responsibility & Accountability
Specific duties:
- Candidate sourcing, utilise various channels to source potential candidates and build a robust talent pipeline.
- Application management, manage and track applications through our application tracking system, and screen resumes for basic qualifications and experience.
- Interview coordination, schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication.
- Compliance, ensure all hiring practices comply with employment laws and maintain accurate records.
- Onboarding support, assist with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Collaboration with Hiring managers, work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment support.
Essential Skills:
- A good general standard of education, including English and Math's GCSE or equivalent.
- IT proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong Administration skills
- Experience of GDPR and file management and maintenance.
- Experience in accurately inputting, collating, and analysing data.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent Organisational skills with a methodical approach.
- Ability to work alone and within a team.
- Attention to detail/ accuracy.
- Comfortable working in fast paced environment.
- Occasional requirement to work in the evening.
- Occasional travel to other sites when required.
