Urgent Care Administrator

Location: Anstey Frith House, Leicester

Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week on a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract (Monday-Friday 8am-4pm)

Salary: Band 2.0, £24,554 per annum (pro rata)

As an Urgent Care Administrator, you will:

  • Provide efficient administrative support across Urgent Care services
  • Support clinical and operational teams to keep services running smoothly
  • Coordinate meetings, reports, and key documentation
  • Maintain accurate records and organised systems
  • Support training coordination and compliance processes
  • Manage supplies and resources efficiently
  • Work in line with DHU policies and quality standards
  • Contribute to a positive, professional team environment
