Clinical and Development Training Team Administrator 

Location: Derby, Chesterfield or Oldbury 

Hours: 17 Hours Per Week 

Salary:  ( Band 2 )  £24,554 per annum


 

Purpose of the role:

The Clinical & Development Training Team Administrator will be an integral member of a close-knit team based at one of DHU Health Care CIC’s locations, with flexibility to work remotely under the organisation’s hybrid working policy. This role supports the Clinical & Development Training Team by delivering high-quality administrative services and contributing to the continuous improvement and excellence of DHU Health Care CIC. 

The post holder will actively promote and advance the organisation’s values and services, ensuring a commitment to quality and professionalism in all aspects of their work. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with Data Analysts regarding upload issues and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Supporting 111 staff with SSRS training reports and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Providing weekly mandatory training dashboard for Senior Leadership Team (SLT) for the current compliance status to be reviewed
  • Monitoring training compliance via eLearning for Health and Bluestream platforms, ensuring uploads to Itrent are completed
  • Generating weekly and ad hoc training reports for various service areas, pending approval by the Senior Clinical & Training Team Co-Ordinator
  • Liaising with eLearning for Health support team in case records of staff need to be amalgamated due to duplication or locality errors
  • Coordinating with Talent Acquisition to ensure onboarded staff meet training requirements
  • Providing cover for the Senior Clinical & Development Training Team Co-Ordinator during absence for duties applicable to role
  • Setting up and supporting MS Teams/Zoom sessions and maintain attendance registers
  • Attending and minute various internal meetings (Training, Resus, IPC)
  • Communicating cancellations promptly to avoid unnecessary travel 

To be a Successful candidate, you will need:

  • Minimum of 3 years in administration style role 
  • Previous experience of working in a busy and time - bound environment
  • Computer literate (e.g word/excel and other packages) as well as email systems and other electronic media 
  • Effective time management 
  • Must be able to minute take and be competent in transcript skills ( Desirable )
  •  GCSE in maths and English
