An exciting opportunity has arisen for an aspiring analyst to join our NHS 111 service as a Junior CXOne & IA Intelligence Analyst. This is an ideal role for someone with strong analytical skills who is looking to develop their career in a fast-paced, data-driven healthcare environment.
Within the Systems Development & Intelligence function, you will support the development of analytics and reporting that help improve operational performance and patient outcomes. You’ll gain hands-on experience working with advanced systems and tools while contributing to meaningful service improvements.
Working alongside experienced analysts and operational teams, you’ll play an important role in transforming data into insight that supports high-quality care.
This role offers excellent development opportunities across NICE CXOne systems, interaction analytics, and Power BI reporting.
As a Junior CXOne & IA Intelligence Analyst, you will:
- Support the development of analytics, reporting, and dashboards across NHS 111 systems.
- Contribute to improving patient care through data-driven insights and performance monitoring.
- Assist in analysing quality, auditing, and interaction data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Support the optimisation and utilisation of NICE CXOne and interaction analytics platforms.
- Produce regular reporting on quality and performance metrics.
- Help automate and standardise reporting processes to improve efficiency.
- Work closely with operational teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements.
- Develop your technical skills across SQL, Power BI, and analytics tools.
