Turn data into insight that drives performance, quality, and patient care.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced analyst to join our NHS 111 service as a System Development Intelligence Analyst. This is a pivotal role where you will help shape how data is used to improve operational performance, enhance clinical quality, and support strategic decision-making.

Working within the Systems Development & Intelligence function, you will play a key role in advancing our analytics capability—supporting the transition from reporting to meaningful intelligence that drives real impact across the organisation.

  • Drive improvements in dashboards, reporting, and system utilisation across NICE CXOne platforms.
  • Support and mentor analysts and apprentices, contributing to a high-performing team.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for operational and clinical teams.
  • Oversee the production of regular reporting on quality, performance, and interaction analytics.
  • Contribute to organisational change programmes and continuous service improvement initiatives.
