Hours: FOFO- work rotation of Days, Evenings, Nights and Weekends

- Comprehensive Training: Successful candidates will undergo four weeks of full-time training, led by a team of dedicated trainers, followed by three weeks of supported practice. You'll be trained on NHS Pathways systems, a recognisable licence you’ll receive on completion of training. No medical background is required.
- Competitive Salary:
- Training and daytime shifts: £27.49
- Evening and night shifts: 30%
- Weekend shifts: 45%

- Lead and support a team of NHS 111 clinicians, ensuring high standards of care are maintained throughout your shift.
- Provide clinical guidance, triage support, and decision-making expertise to NHS 111 staff handling patient calls.
- Supervise clinical staff performance, ensuring adherence to protocols, guidelines, and best practices.
- Manage call queues, assess service delivery, and take immediate action to maintain a smooth operation.
- Act as a first point of contact for clinical escalations and complex calls.
- Collaborate with operational managers to develop and implement service improvements.
- Monitor and maintain NHS Pathways systems for accurate patient triage and routing.
- Foster a supportive and positive work environment through team leadership and mentorship.
- A registered healthcare professional (e.g., Nurse, Paramedic, or equivalent clinical qualification).
- Current registration with a relevant regulatory body (e.g., NMC, HCPC).
- Significant clinical experience, with prior experience in urgent care or NHS 111 services desirable.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing or supervising teams.
- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
- A commitment to providing safe, high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of NHS Pathways or similar triage systems is an advantage (training will be provided).
- Flexibility and resilience to adapt to the demands of a shift-based role.
