Working Patterns: We recognise that 9-5 doesn’t work for everyone, so we have a range of working patterns available to suit your work/life balance. Our friendly talent team will work with you to find the best fixed pattern for us both.
Comprehensive Training: Successful candidates will undergo four weeks of full-time training, led by a team of dedicated trainers followed by three weeks of supported practice. You`ll be trained on NHS Pathways systems, a recognisable licence that you`ll receive on completion of training. Further details will be provided during the interview process. Note: No medical background is required.
Competitive salary:
From £28,407
• Daytime shifts: £14.53per hour
• Evenings and night shifts: 30% enhancement (time + 30%)
• Weekend shifts: 45% enhancement (time + 45%)
Generous annual leave entitlement: Standard 25 days + 8 bank holidays, increasing with service up to 33 days + 8 bank holidays.

What your typical day looks like:
- Induction of new advisors into DHU 111.
- Facilitation of NHS Pathways and DHU training modules to new and existing staff.
- Support and development of new and existing staff.
- Service delivery support, through triage patients or providing advice to health advisors.
To be a successful you’ll need:
- MUST have experience or a qualification in teaching or training (i.e. Classroom or remote classroom facilitator delivery)
- Must have strong organisational skills to update and maintain manual and computerised training records accurately and in a timely manner.
- Must possess excellent communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
- Must have a flexible approach to work, being able to cover day time and evening training courses and at multiple sites, as required.
