£26,530 / £13.56 per hour

What your typical day looks like: 
  • Responsible for conducting audits and investigations resulting from complaints, incidents, and Health Care Professional Feedback (HCPF) related to the DHU 111 service, working closely with the clinical governance team to ensure these are completed accurately and on time.
  • Essential to delivering a safe, effective, and high-quality service by promoting best practices through timely audits and feedback, while also sharing insights and learnings from recurring themes and trends identified.
  • A commitment to quality service and excellence in all aspects of DHU 111’s operations is fundamental to this role, supporting the continuous development and improvement of the service. 
To be a successful you’ll need: 
  •  Expert user of NHS Pathways and Adastra host system with a strong knowledge of NHS Pathways call audit toolkits and performance management framework
  • Experience working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
  • Skilled in assertively and professionally managing challenges
  • Experienced in communicating effectively with a diverse range of people
  • Proficient in IT, including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and other software packages, email systems and other electronic media
