Location: Chesterfield Royal Hospital 

Working patterns:  Bank / Zero hour

Salary: Band 2 £23875 pro rata + 30% evening enhancements and 45% weekend enhancements

Patient Service Assistant – With us, every task realises your potential

As Patient Service Assistant, you’ll be the welcoming first point of contact for patients – managing calls, appointments and front desk services. You’ll keep everything running smoothly, ensuring patients feel informed, supported and cared for. You’ll need strong admin skills, excellent attention to detail and confidence using IT systems like Word, Excel and email. A friendly, flexible approach is also essential and previous healthcare experience is a bonus
