As an Urgent Care Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of urgent care services, coordinating home visits and supporting clinicians to ensure patients receive timely, safe and effective care.
Your role is vital in keeping services running smoothly and helping patients feel supported during some of their most vulnerable moments.
You’ll need strong communication and organisational skills, confidence using digital systems, and experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Most importantly, you’ll bring empathy, teamwork and a shared commitment to delivering high-quality care every day.
