Admin Support/Clinical Coder

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑focused Clinical Coder to join our administrative and data quality team. The successful candidate will ensure our clinical records are accurate, complete and compliant with national standards.
As an Admin Support/Clinical Coder you will:
- Accurately code and manage clinical information using SNOMED CT, including processing documents like discharge summaries and test results
- Interpret and summarise clinical correspondence while supporting new patient record reviews and identifying coding gaps
- Contribute to QOF, IIF, enhanced services, audits, and data extraction to support healthcare delivery
- Maintain high data quality, ensuring GDPR compliance and supporting patient safety and effective clinical decision-making
