Job Introduction
An exciting opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic, well-motivated and engaging individuals to join the CQI Call Centre Training Team.
Reporting to the Training Delivery Manager, duties will include:-
• Training, support and coaching to new and existing staff
• Auditing
• Formulating and monitoring the success and suitability of team training plans
• Delivery of workshops/training sessions
• Delivery of NHS Pathways Training
• Supporting and improving performance, within the DHU 111 service.
To be successful in this role you must be able to work as part of a team but equally you should feel confident working independently when required. Effective communication skills are essential. You must be assertive but also able to show empathy and understanding as it is vital that you can motivate staff and encourage learning.
Excellent IT skills, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel are essential for this role. The successful applicant must be able to work flexibly during both the in and out of hours periods to support the training requirements and the delivery of the DHU 111 service.
