Patient Navigator.
Location: Anstey Frith House, Leicester Road, Glenfield, LE3 8RN
Working Pattern: Bank contract and 12-month fixed-term contract, 19.5 hours per week
Salary: DHU Band 2, £24,745 per annum (pro rata)

As a Patient Navigator, you’ll be a welcoming first point of contact for patients and healthcare professionals. You’ll manage calls and referrals, book appointments and provide a professional reception service at Primary Care Centres, helping patients feel informed, supported and cared for.
You’ll need strong communication and admin skills, confidence using IT systems and the ability to stay calm under pressure. A caring, flexible approach is essential, and previous healthcare or customer-facing experience is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided.
