Location: Regional – with travel across DHU sites (2–3 times per week, as required)

About the Role

DHU Healthcare is offering an exciting internal opportunity for a highly organised and motivated individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant (Senior).

In this key role, you will provide proactive, high-quality administrative and business management support to one of our Executive Directors. You will act as a trusted partner, ensuring the smooth running of the Director’s office, managing complex diaries, preparing high-quality documents, and building strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across the organisation.

This is a varied and dynamic position that requires discretion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritise and deliver effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactive diary and workload management, ensuring the Director is fully prepared for meetings and commitments.
  • Drafting correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing papers.
  • Coordinating meetings and events, including agenda setting, minute taking, and circulation of papers.
  • Acting as first point of contact for the Director, handling enquiries professionally and confidentially.
  • Supporting projects, procurement activities, and business initiatives within the division.
  • Line management of administrative staff where required.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised, adaptable, and resilient with excellent planning skills.
  • Experienced in supporting senior leaders, ideally at Executive or Director level.
  • Skilled in communication, with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels.
  • Confident in managing competing priorities and working to tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and experienced in preparing accurate documentation.
