Job Introduction
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and effective hiring across a variety of roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, write engaging job adverts, and source top talent.
- Maintain and manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and advertise vacancies on relevant job boards.
- Provide advice and support throughout the offer and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Deliver exceptional candidate experience, maintaining consistent communication throughout the recruitment journey.
- Support cross-functional projects and participate in company-wide talent acquisition initiatives.
- Significant experience in recruitment, whether in-house, agency, or RPO, including operational and high-volume hiring.
- Strong relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with ATS systems and a variety of digital sourcing platforms.
- Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including outside of regular hours when needed.
