Job Introduction
We are looking for a Clinical Performance Manager to lead and support a team of Clinical Advisors and Triage Clinicians. This role is ideal for a registered healthcare professional passionate about coaching, development, and delivering excellent patient care.

Key focus areas include:
- Providing real-time clinical oversight and leadership to a multi-disciplinary team
- Supporting staff with coaching, mentoring, and professional development
- Monitoring and managing performance using quality data and KPIs
- Ensuring safe, efficient, and compassionate delivery of the NHS 111 service
What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse, Paramedic, or Pharmacist (NMC or HCPC registered)
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Evidence of ongoing clinical/professional development
- NHS Pathways accreditation (user or coach) is desirable
Experience & Skills:
- Previous clinical leadership or management experience
- Experience working in telephone triage or urgent care settings
- Ability to coach and support staff performance and development
- Competent in using systems like NHS Pathways, Adastra, and PaCCS
