Location: Derby 

Contract: Permanent 

Hours: 22.5 Hours per week 

Salary: £24,745 pro rata

As a Social Media Assistant, you’ll support DHU Healthcare’s recruitment marketing and employer brand activity by creating engaging digital content that helps attract future colleagues and showcase life at DHU.

Working closely with the Talent Acquisition and communications teams, you’ll help strengthen DHU’s online presence and highlight the people and services delivering care across our communities.

In this role, you will:

· Create and share engaging social media content that promotes DHU careers and brings our colleagues’ stories to life

· Support recruitment campaigns by promoting vacancies and attracting talent

· Work with colleagues across DHU to gather stories, testimonials and “day in the life” content

· Develop creative content including graphics, short-form video and written posts that showcase life at DHU

· Monitor social media performance and identify ways to improve reach, engagement and candidate interest

You’ll also have the opportunity to:

· Learn how social media supports recruitment and employer branding in a healthcare organisation

· Build skills in content creation, digital marketing and campaign planning

· Gain hands-on experience using social media tools, analytics and design platforms

· Complete a Multi-Channel Marketer apprenticeship.
