At DHU Healthcare, every role matters. Because every moment gives us the chance to make the difference - for patients, colleagues and communities. Wherever you join us, your compassion, commitment and skills will not only make all the difference in the moment today but also shape the care we deliver tomorrow.
With us, every call matters. As the largest NHS 111 provider in the country, our teams provide safe, compassionate advice when people need it most. From Health Advisors and Clinical Advisors to Dental Nurses and operational teams, we’re united by teamwork, innovation, and shared purpose. Here, you’ll be supported to grow, thrive, and make a real difference every day.
We are looking for an experienced Tactical Planning Analyst to join our NHS 111 team. As a 111 Tactical Planning Analyst you will:
Play an important part in making sure our NHS 111 service is properly resourced and prepared for the days ahead. Working closely with Team Leaders, operational managers and the wider Resource Planning team, you will look at staffing levels, demand and performance trends to identify where changes are needed. The role will involve managing shrinkage, reviewing and adjusting schedules, agreeing planned offline time with operational teams and putting plans in place to deal with any potential challenges that could affect service performance. We are looking for someone who has solid experience in contact centre resource planning, with a good understanding of workforce management systems, ideally NICE and CXone. You will be confident working with data and Excel, spotting trends and using this information to make informed decisions. You will also need to be comfortable working with different stakeholders, having conversations around scheduling and resource requirements, and confidently negotiating changes where needed. This role would suit someone who knows contact centre planning, enjoys working with data and can use their experience to make a real difference to how the service operates.
With us, your wellbeing comes first.
We’ll support your health, happiness and future with benefits that put you first:
- Access to the NHS pension scheme (we’ll also honour your existing NHS pension pot and holiday entitlement if you’re transferring)
