Technical Corporate Recruiter
Location: Derby or Oldbury
Contract: 12-month fixed term | 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £37,338 – £44,962 (Band 6)
We’re looking for a Technical Corporate Recruiter to join our team and lead recruitment across our corporate, IT, and digital functions. This is a great opportunity to make a real impact—bringing deep sourcing expertise, market insight, and a values-led approach to hiring.
You'll play a key role in shaping how we attract, engage, and hire top talent—driving strategic recruitment initiatives and supporting the growth of high-performing teams through inclusive, data-driven practices.
What you’ll be doing
Own end-to-end recruitment across corporate, IT, and digital roles
Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders
Develop sourcing strategies tailored to each role
Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, AI platforms, and CV databases to find top talent
Share market insights and support strategic workforce planning
Track recruitment metrics and drive continuous improvement
Promote inclusive hiring practices and coach managers on best practice
What you’ll bring
Strong recruitment experience (in-house, RPO, or agency)
Proven success hiring at all levels in complex organisation's
Advanced direct sourcing skills (Boolean, X-ray, etc.)
Confidence with ATS/CRM systems and digital sourcing tools
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience recruiting in healthcare, corporate, or technical functions is a plus
